I bought this a little over a month ago. The first couple of weeks the firm mattress was great! I loved it but shortly after that the mattress started to bubble out on the left side with very little contact.

The mattress is very comfortable. It seems a little firm, but the plush pillow top helps it to be more comfortable. So far I am satisfied with the mattress.

My body feels like this is not the same body that I had before sleeping on this new mattress. I don't wake up with the stiffness that I had previously. What a difference I feel in my whole body, it was worth every penny.

This is the best mattress I have ever owned! Whether I take a 2 hour cat nap or I get 6-8hrs of rest it feels like 20 hours have gone by. The detail in the design is nice and the firmness holds up, it's my favorite thing in my bedroom. First time owner of a Serta but certainly I have become a lifetime customer!

The top of the bed forms divots or indentations and it is difficult for us to move or roll over during the night. The foam on top also feels extremely hot.

I purchased a queen size Serta mattress and adjustable base with the understanding I would also receive a queen sized "Mattress Bundle" which did not arrive. I'm very disappointed about not having received the "Mattress Bundle" and am still deciding whether to keep the Serta mattress and adjustable base.

The mattress was comfy for about a month or two, then it seemed to quickly have sagging areas along the side (sitting on side of bed) and in the middle. We sought a new mattress due to pressure points experienced with out Temperpedic mattress. We were assured that that would not be an issue with this new Serta mattress. Well. I am now regretting that decision.

I'm enjoying this mattress so far. The first week was rough to fall asleep simply because with each twitch, I was basking in just how good it feels.
I don't know if the top should develop a sinking indentation (close up pic) but it isn't bothersome yet but it is in fact noticeable laying on it. I never owned a mattress in this price range know if this is normal or not.
I will definitely keep my eye on it & the calendar as I'm still in the trial period.
The registration with the QR code was a pleasure, sure was easy and I took a screenshot of the confirmation just for added measure.
Hopefully someone from Serta will read this and reach out to me about the developing indentation.

I have been using a older mattress that does I wake up with more back pain and hip pain than I went to sleep with. This mattress really cures my pains and lets me recover overnight! I liked it so well I bought another for our spare bedroom for when the kids come.

Have been sleeping on this for a month and it's perfect for me. Very firm, lots of back support, height is not too tall. The first several days the mattress had a smell but it disappeared; definitely recommend airing out the mattress (without sheets) a couple of days if possible.
